Wetsuit Care Tips- After Playground Use
Did you know that salt left in your wetsuit to dry, can crystallize, causing ‘wetsuit rash’ for your poor skin! Not only does this irritate your skin when you come to put your wetsuit on next, but it also degrades the properties of the neoprene overtime when left to sit there. Which is why wetsuit care after use in our devine playground is SO important!
Here are our quick after use care tips!
- Always rinse your wetsuit in freshwater post use! We recommend filling up a bucket to get your wetsuit fully immersed. Wash inside and out!
- Hang your wetsuits on a WIDE plastic coat hanger inside out. This is important to not damage the shoulders or the neoprene foam
- Leave to dry out of direct sunlight in a well ventilated area
